By Train Kew Bridge Rail Station (South Western Railway) Turn left out of the station and almost immediately turn left again along Lionel Road South. Use the pedestrian crossing to cross the A4 Great West Road. Bear left towards Lionel Road North and the southern park gate will be on your right (about ten minutes walk).
By Bus Travelling from Acton Town direction, the E3 stops by the Popes Lane entrance to the park.
Travelling from South Ealing direction, the 65 route goes along South Ealing Road. Please note that you will then need to walk along Popes Lane or catch the E3 travelling towards Acton Town.
Travelling from Hammersmith or Chiswick take the H91 towards West Hounslow and get off at Vantage West and enter the park via the southern entrance at Lionel Rd North.
Travelling from Hounslow west or Osterley use the H91 and get off at Lionel Road.
On foot or Bicycle There are a number of pedestrian and cycle antrances to the park on Lionel Road, Popes Lane and the A400, North Circular Road. Bike racks can be found near the museum and Sports Hub: remember to bring a lock with you!
By Tube Acton Town Tube Station (Piccadilly and District lines) Turn left when you leave the station and walk along Gunnersbury Lane for about ten minutes, crossing the A406. There is a side entrance to the park just down from this junction.
South Ealing Tube Station (Piccadilly line) Turn right onto South Ealing Road and then left onto Popes Lane (about ten minutes' walk). The Lionel Road entrance is currently closed due to construction work so continue along Popes Lane until you reach the ornate gates.
Alternatively, you can catch the E3 bus traveling towards Acton Town which will drop you outside the Popes Lane entrance.
By Car There is NO car park for visitors.
Designated disabled parking for the park can be found in the visitor carpark and next to the museum and must be booked in advance.

A Child ticket is valid for visitors aged 3 to 15 years old. Children aged 2 or under do need a ticket to enter, which is free.
A Family ticket is valid for 4 people only. A Family ticket is valid for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 1 Adult + 3 Children. Children aged 2 or under do need a ticket to enter, which is free.
No. There will be an additional cost for certain activities at Dino Kingdom, such as fairground rides. You can pre-order some ride tokens with special offer on the ticket page on our website.
You do need to arrive at the event at the entry time you chose when you booked your tickets. This is to avoid overcrowding and for health and safety purposes. If you arrive a little early or a little late, don’t worry, you will not be refused entry to the event. The last entry will be at 16:00.
Yes. However, we do not have facilities for storing them. Dino Kingdom takes place in a grass field with no hard-standing paths. The ground is flat however, after excess rain, the conditions are likely to become muddy. Please note that we do not hire out buggies at the event.
No. Children’s scooters/skates/bicycles will not be allowed to enter the event, and we do not have facilities for storing these items.
No. Dogs or pets will not be allowed to enter Dino Kingdom, except from guide dogs and registered assistant dogs.
As per Terms & Conditions, we are not able to offer refunds, duplicates, or exchanges for tickets or add-on vouchers, even if these are unwanted or bought in error. Please make sure you take great care when placing your booking and selected the correct tickets and date.
Dino Kingdom is an outdoor event, and cancellations will not be offered in the event of poor weather.
If extreme, unsafe weather conditions force us to cancel the event, you will be offered an alternative date. We will communicate any cancellations by 8am on the day of the event via email and via our social media outlets. You will be notified by email with your options.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you an alternative date should your plans change, so please be certain that you can attend the day of your booking. If you cannot attend, please feel free to pass on your tickets to your friends and family.
You will be able to view your booking on your Easol Account as well as downloading your tickets which will be available in pdf-format 7 days prior to the day of your visit. For any bookings made less than 7 days before the event, your tickets will be available to download immediately.
Once downloaded you can print your tickets or save them on your phone, ready to present the QR code for scanning at the entrance.

Tickets will also be sent to you via email, following the same time schedule. We strongly advise you to always check your spam folder for any communication from us. A disabled person purchasing a ticket may bring one essential companion free of charge. Please purchase 1 x adult ticket for the person requiring a carer first and then apply for a personal assistant ticket.
Please note: You do not need to buy a ticket for the carer first! We will not be able to provide you with a refund should you have bought a ticket for the carer before applying.
Blue Badges can only be used as evidence for disabled parking but not for free carer tickets.

Personal Assistant Ticket applications need to be received a minimum of 3 working days prior to the date you wish to visit. Each application will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to all Carer Ticket requests within 24 hours.
When buying the ticket on our website, you can enter the discount code on the check-out page, just below your billing address. The code should be entered before you pay. Once the tickets have been purchased, we cannot apply the discount retrospectively.
We don't have parking facilities for visitors.
A very limited amount of spaces are available for Blue Badge holders. Please note that these spaces are extremely limited, must be booked in advance and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Entry
The event is open daily from 1st – 18th April 2022, from 10 am to 7 pm with the last entry at 4 pm. When selecting tickets, you will be asked to select a time slot.
Dino Kingdom is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible. However since it takes place in a grass field with no hard standing paths, after excess rain, the conditions are likely to become muddy. The event takes place outdoors, and as the weather in the UK can be unpredictable, we recommend bringing a raincoat, especially if rain is forecast.
The event will not be closed nor will we be offering swaps to alternative dates due to rain.
